Marcelo Bufrem

Marcelo Bufrem is an accomplished technology and product leader with extensive experience in various executive roles. Currently serving as Chief Product & Technology Officer at New Way since May 2022 and as a Partner at Leev Business Advisors since September 2022, Marcelo also co-founded Education Journey, where Marcelo holds the position of CTO until March 2024. Previously, Marcelo held the position of IT Director at Linx and served as CTO at Realize CFI for Lojas Renner, Brazil's largest fast fashion company. Additionally, Marcelo worked as IT Senior Manager at Lojas Renner S.A. and held technology management roles at Accenture Brasil and Getnet. Marcelo holds multiple degrees, including a graduate degree in Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and project management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
