Jason Anderson

Jason Anderson, MBA, currently serves as the Business Process Optimization Manager at Leeward Renewable Energy, LLC, and as President and CEO of Rockwall Swim & Sport Inc. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, where responsibilities ranged from Sr. Staff Project Manager to Innovation Continuous Improvement Manager, and at Luminant, focusing on operational excellence and reliability engineering. Jason has also contributed to process improvement and Six Sigma initiatives at TAMKO, generating significant cost savings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Military experience as an officer in the US Army included command assignments and operational planning in international settings. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University, a BS in International & Strategic History from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a MS in Management from East Texas A&M University.
