Neetu Bala

Neetu Bala has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Neetu is currently serving as the Vice President Corporate Human Resources at LeewayHertz since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Next Sourcing Limited from January 2020 to June 2022.

Neetu also had a previous stint at LeewayHertz, where they held the position of Manager - Human Resources at LeewayHertz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from October 2014 to January 2020. Neetu'sresponsibilities in this role included Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Grievance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Performance Management System.

Before joining LeewayHertz, Neetu worked at LIBSYS Limited as a Sr. Executive - Human Resource from April 2011 to October 2013. Here, they supported IT recruitment efforts, identified and developed talent, and handled end-to-end recruitment processes. Additionally, they managed the complete employee life cycle, including employee engagement activities, attendance, payroll, and training and development.

Neetu's earliest work experience was at Unifrutti Traders Ltda., where they served as a Sr. Executive - Human Resources from December 2007 to March 2011. In this role, they handled the recruitment and staffing process, formulated HR policies and systems, managed employee engagement, performance management, appraisal processes, and employee retention.

Neetu Bala attended IILM from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued and successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Human Resources (HR). Prior to that, they studied at D.N. College, Hisar from 2003 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.sc) degree in Computer Science.
