Manola Fresta

Manola Fresta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality industry. Manola began their career in 2000 as a Conference & Banqueting manager at Holiday Inn in London, where they gained experience in sales, organization, and coordination of events. Manola then moved on to work as a Conference and Banqueting manager at Hotel Laguna Palace and as a Commercial Assistant for Hotels Constance, where they were responsible for public relations and managing relationships with travel agencies.

In 2006, Manola worked as a Commercial Assistant at Dreams Hotels, where they handled the management and relations with travel agencies in the Italian market. Manola also provided commercial support for various luxury hotels and resorts. Manola then joined Vivere & Viaggiare as a Branch Manager, where they oversaw day-to-day operations.

From 2009 to 2013, Manola held the position of Dubai Tourism Board Trade Relation Manager at Vertex International Consulting, where they fostered trade relationships. Manola also served as the Bahamas Tourism Board Trade Manager during the same time period.

In 2013, Manola worked as the Business Development Director for Arabian Experiences, where they developed the business for DMC Arabian Experiences and launched the brand Bedouin Oasis. Manola was responsible for generating revenue and maximizing business across multiple market segments.

Most recently, Manola has been working at Lefay Resorts & Residences since 2014. Manola initially joined as a Sales & Distribution Manager, where they managed day-to-day sales activities, developed relationships with key clients, and prepared budgets and sales forecasts. Manola was then promoted to Director of Sales and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Sales & Revenue at Lefay Resorts.

From 1996 to 2000, Manola Fresta pursued a degree in Hospitality and Licensed Retail Management with a focus on Leisure - Hospitality Management at the University of Worlverhampton.
