Yannick Hermeline is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in Level 2 technical analysis and knowledge base documentation. Currently serving as the Responsable du support technique Clients at Lefebvre Dalloz since January 2015, Yannick also undertakes the role of Incident Manager (backup) while providing technical guidance for Editions Dalloz, Editions Législatives, and Editions Francis Lefebvre.
