Felipe Boechem

Felipe Boechem is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Director at Amigos - Direito UERJ since August 2022, Felipe also holds key positions at IBDE as Coordinator of the Oil and Derivatives Commission since March 2021, and as Vice President of Concession Contracts and Sharing in the Oil and Derivatives Commission at OAB/RJ since January 2019. As a Partner at Lefosse Advogados, Felipe heads the Oil & Gas division. Previously, Felipe held roles such as Legal Counsel at Shell and BG Group, and Senior Lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, focusing on M&A, capital markets, and corporate restructuring.
