Guilherme Santana has extensive work experience in facilities and procurement management. Guilherme has held leadership positions in various companies, including Lefosse, hotmart, iFood, Monsanto Company, JLL, and CBRE. Throughout their career, they have managed facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, air-conditioning, and occupancy monitoring. Guilherme has also been responsible for procurement management, real estate portfolio optimization, and fleet management. Guilherme has implemented process improvements and digital transformations, as well as created wellness cultures and ensured workplace optimization. Guilherme has effectively managed teams and established partnerships with business-unit directors and customers.
Guilherme Santana received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Cefet/RJ - Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca in 2009. Guilherme then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are enrolled in an MBA program in Project Management and Agile at MBA USP/Esalq, which started in 2022 and is expected to conclude in 2023.
