Ricardo Nunes

Ricardo Nunes is a Partner at Lefosse, specializing in Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution, particularly in complex IP disputes and patent litigation involving new technologies since September 2024. Previously, Ricardo served as Partner and Head of Patents at Daniel Law from October 2016 to September 2024, overseeing a team dedicated to patent prosecution and litigation. Additionally, Ricardo has been a Professor at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, teaching Intellectual Property and Patent Law since 2015. With prior positions as a Partner at Licks Attorneys and LUIZ LEONARDOS & ADVOGADOS, and experience as a Foreign Associate at Silverberg, Goldman & Bikoff, Ricardo has a robust background in coordinating IP litigation efforts.
