David Twerdun

David Twerdun has over 13 years of work experience in the finance and real estate industry. David joined LeFrak in 2008 and had various roles within the Acquisitions and Capital Markets department. David started as an Executive Associate and was promoted to Director, before eventually becoming the Managing Director. Prior to LeFrak, David worked at Scotiabank as an Investment Banking Analyst and later as an Investment Banking Associate.

David Twerdun obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Manitoba, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they pursued higher education at the Columbia Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Real Estate. This degree was obtained from 2007 to 2009.
