Lydia Mercante

Lydia Mercante is a Design & Development Project Coordinator at LeFrak since December 2024, with previous experience as a Receptionist at Morledge Medical and a Planning and Administrative Intern at Thistle Community Housing, where skills in non-profit structure and community impact measurement were developed. Lydia has also served as a Professional Development Services Intern at the University of Colorado Boulder, facilitating connections within the Environmental Design program. Early career roles included serving as a Waitress at Roc and Olive and completing a Commercial Real Estate Internship at Rembold Properties. Lydia holds a degree in Environmental Design with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder and studied abroad with DIS. Education includes a High School Diploma from Kellenberg Memorial High School.
