Kartik Nagaraja, PMP

Kartik Nagaraja, PMP has over 19 years of experience in the field of technology, with a focus on data management and digital transformation. Kartik is currently the Director of Growth & Client Success at Left Right Mind, a position they have held since 2020. In this role, they assist and guides clients in transforming through the delivery of business solutions supported by digital transformations. Kartik has also provided advisory and consulting services to enhance customer experience and deliver tailored innovative cost-effective solutions to support clients' top and bottom line growth.

Prior to this, Kartik was a Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at Deloitte from 2005 to 2020. During this time, they focused on providing data modernization solutions and data strategies to retail clients, and led development of solutions around master data management, data conversion, and data governance. Kartik also managed large complex data management implementation projects involving global teams, and led teams to deliver enterprise search platforms.

Before Deloitte, Kartik was a Help Desk Technician at the University of Texas at Dallas from 2001 to 2005. In this role, they worked with the on-site support technicians to resolve technical problems, and worked with staff, faculty, and students to fix issues with university-affiliated software.

Kartik Nagaraja began their education in 1986 at Sri Aurobindo Memorial School in India. Kartik then attended International School of Paris from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate (IB). From 1995 to 1998, they also received an International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) from the same school. Kartik went on to The University of Texas at Dallas from 2000 to 2004, where they received a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. Kartik continued their studies at the same university from 2004 to 2005, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science. In 2013, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, Inc.
