Jochen Scharpe first appointment with the resolution of the AGM was on August 19, 2020, and the entry of LEG Immobilien SE in the commercial register takes effect on March 11, 2021. Jochen is appointed until the end of the Annual General Meeting in 2022, which resolves the discharge for the first financial year of LEG Immobilien SE.
