Scott P.

Scott P. has extensive work experience in operations management and continuous improvement. Scott most recently served as the Director of Operations at Legacy Cabinets, where they were responsible for overseeing operations. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Continuous Improvement at Legacy Cabinets and Southern Metals. Scott also has experience as a consultant at Lean Pathways and as the owner of Mixed Model Solutions. Scott P. has a background in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, with experience in implementing Lean practices and driving process improvement. Scott has held leadership positions at companies such as CIRCOR International, Inc., North American Bus Industries, Parker Hannifin, and Honeywell, where they have successfully implemented Lean transformations and achieved significant inventory reductions.

Scott P. attended Aryers State College from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an AS degree in Industrial Electronics. From 1993 to 1994, they studied Computer and Information Science at Gadsden State Community College. Lastly, from 1997 to 1999, Scott P. pursued a BSIT degree at the University of Phoenix.
