Natalie Woods Leffall

Natalie Woods Leffall has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. From 1997 to 2005, they worked at Clear Channel Communications as a Program Director & On-Air Personality. From 2001 to 2005, they were a Sr. Account Executive at Houston Public Media, where they developed strategic relationships and represented the station at events. From 2005 to 2014, Natalie served as the Chief Marketing Consultant at The Master Orchestrator, devising marketing strategies and producing plans for clients in multiple industries. Since 2015, Natalie has been with Legacy Community Health. Natalie initially served as the Sr. Director of Internal Communications, responsible for executing the internal communication strategy and establishing the organization's first intranet and global text alert system. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Equity, Inclusion, and Organizational Culture at Legacy Community Health.

Natalie Woods Leffall holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, which was obtained in 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Radio and Television from Sam Houston State University, completing it in 1997.
