David Mitchell

David Mitchell has over 25 years of experience in human resources and talent management. David is currently a board member at Legacy Early College, a nonprofit organization that provides education and career opportunities to underserved youth in North Carolina. Prior to their current position, Mitchell was with Talent Management Solutions, a firm that provides human resources consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Before that, they were with Pfizer for four years as a human resources manager. Mitchell began their career in 1995 as a human resources supervisor with RR Donnelley.

David Mitchell has a Master of Divinity from Gardner-Webb University, a Graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University in the City of New York, and a Graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from DePaul University. David has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University. David has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Limestone University. David has an Associate of Arts from Spartanburg Methodist College.
