Jill Thornton

Jill Thornton, PMP, currently serves as the Philanthropy & Community Engagement Officer at Legacy Health since October 2023. With a robust background in event planning and fundraising, Jill has held various roles including Major Gift Officer and Director of Conference and Events Support Services at Pacific University from May 2019 to April 2023. Prior experience includes Director of Conference and Events Planning at Reed College, Independent Event Planner, and Stewardship & Data Development Coordinator at the Montana Tech Foundation. Jill's career also features significant positions at The College of Idaho, DIRECTV, Whitefish Mountain Resort, and the City of Whitefish. Educationally, Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of Oregon.
