Maryann Schwab

Maryann Schwab has over three decades of extensive experience in corporate compliance and risk management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Interim VP and Chief Compliance Officer at Legacy Health since March 2019, Maryann previously held the position of Regional Compliance Officer at the Northwest Kaiser Foundation Health Plan from 2008 to 2017, where responsibilities included developing and refining compliance programs across various health services. At Community Health Plan of Washington, Maryann advanced through various roles, ultimately becoming Vice President of Corporate Compliance and Risk Management, responsible for internal audit programs and compliance activities. Maryann’s earlier positions at UnitedHealthcare and Providence Health Plans encompassed regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and operational management, solidifying a strong foundation in healthcare compliance and operational excellence. Maryann holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
