Jill Dailey

Jill Dailey serves as the VP and Chief Compliance Officer at OncologyMenarini Stemline since August 2025, bringing extensive experience in the pharmaceutical compliance sector. Dailey is also a Board Member at the Pharmaceutical Compliance Forum Inc since March 2022. Previously, Dailey held the role of VP and Chief Compliance Officer at Incyte from February 2017 to July 2025 and served as Assistant General Counsel at Pfizer between January 2011 and February 2017, where responsibilities included Asia Pacific Compliance and GEP NA, Japan, ANZ, and Biosimilars Compliance Counsel. Earlier in the career, Dailey was the Head of US Ethics and Compliance at Novartis from January 2009 to January 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and a Doctor of Law from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
