Rachel Ostroy

Rachel Ostroy is a seasoned professional in health informatics with extensive experience in clinical systems and health information technology. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Systems at Legacy Health since June 2019, Rachel previously held the position of Implementation Director at the State of Oregon's Office of Health Information Technology, where efforts focused on improving health delivery quality through secure patient information sharing.
