Shaban Demirel

Shaban Demirel has extensive experience in the field of research and clinical outcomes, currently serving as the Vice President of Research at Legacy Health since January 2002, where Demirel has held various roles including Research Scientist and Director of Clinical Research. Prior to this, Demirel worked at Indiana University Bloomington as an Assistant Professor from November 1997 to December 2001 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UC Davis from May 1995 to August 1997. Demirel holds a PhD in Psychophysics and a Bachelor of Science in Optometry, both obtained from the University of Melbourne.
