Whitney Stanek

Whitney Stanek is an HR Manager with 20 years of progressive HR experience. Currently, they manage HR operations at Charter Next Generation and LEGACY FLEXO, overseeing employee relations, benefits, recruiting, and performance management. Previously, they held various HR roles, including HR Consultant at Lakeland Care and HR Assistant at Organic Valley. Whitney earned a BS in Business Management from Lakeland College and an Associate of Science in Human Resources/Business Administration from Western Technical College. Before their current positions, they also worked in management roles at Replay Sports Bar & Grill and Englewood Marketing Group.
