Tommy Tucker

Chief Operating Officer at Legacy International Resort Properties

Tommy is a native Texan having grown up in Houston and then earned a BBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. He then attended the University of Houston Law Center obtaining a Juris Doctor degree with honors.

After practicing commercial law for 10 years, Tommy transitioned to real estate development working initially with a regional development firm developing Avery Ranch and several other communities. With a passion for helping churches and nonprofits with their real estate building decisions he formed his own consulting company assisting organizations such as Meals on Wheels and More and The Austin Stone Community Church. Tommy continued expanding the portfolio of projects with positions at Catellus (Mueller development), Crescent Communities (Belterra, Bryson, and Rough Hollow), and Johnson Development (continuing work on Bryson). Tommy has had the privilege of being part of the development teams that have won five different Master Planned Community of the Year awards.

Tommy enjoys expanding his relationships in the real estate field across all disciplines and looks forward to leveraging those connections to further Legacy Performance Capital’s mission. He is excited to help further LPC’s portfolio of urban, active adult, luxury residential and resort communities. Tommy will direct LPC’s team and strategic partners to acquire and develop a number of properties that will expand Legacy’s portfolio in the coming years.

Tommy enjoys golfing, exercise, family time and spending time with his two Australian Shepherds.
