Mitra Nafissian

Mitra Nafissian Rash is a Senior Program Officer at Legacy International, where Mitra has been designing and directing international professional development programs since 1989. Mitra also serves as an Adjunct Professor of International Relations at the University of Lynchburg and has experience as a Freelance Interpreter/Translator in Farsi, French, and English with Interpretation Experience. Rash has a MA in Intl Relations from Manhattanville College and has completed PhD coursework in Political Science and International Relations at NYU.
