Doug Ross

Doug Ross is currently a Board Member at Legacy League. Doug was previously employed at Southwestern University from April 2013 to June 2022, where they served as the Associate Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. Prior to that, Ross worked at Concordia University Texas from January 2011 to December 2013 as the Track and Field/Cross Country Asst Coach. Ross has also been self-employed as the owner of Validus Athletics from September 2005 to April 2013. Doug's first job was with State Farm from October 1992 to September 2005, where they worked their way up to Life Service Superintendent. Ross is a highly accomplished individual with a long history of success in various fields.

Doug Ross has a Master of Science in Sports Management from Texas A&M University, a B.S. in Management & Entrepreneurship from Louisiana Tech University, and various certifications from USA Weightlifting, USA Track & Field, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the Insurance Institute of America, the American Council on Exercise, and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America.
