Chris Allen has extensive experience in property maintenance and management, currently serving as the Director of Property Services at Legacy Partners since September 2017. Previously, Chris held various roles at Lincoln Property Company, Archstone, and Morgan Properties, demonstrating a consistent progression in responsibility from Service Manager to Senior Service Manager, overseeing operations and direct reports. At Archstone, Chris managed service operations for 827 apartment homes and led a full renovation project at Morgan Properties. Early career experience includes electrical work with Edwin F. Miller Electric Company and AZtech Electrical Services and Design. Chris holds educational qualifications from Golden West College and Edison High School.
