Jacob Heger

Jacob Heger is a seasoned property manager currently employed at Legacy Partners since January 2022, having previously held the dual role of assistant property manager. Heger co-owned Highland Shop from September 2020 to December 2023, and served as a senior sales manager and event planner at NATURALLY DELICIOUS from March 2017 to March 2020. Prior experience includes a recruiter position at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC, and a sales specialist role at Burberry focusing on handbags and accessories. Additional roles include assistant resident manager at Commercial Investment Properties, department manager at Von Maur, and art department production assistant for Alexander Payne's film "Nebraska." Heger also instructed theatre design at the Georgia Governors Honors Program and managed the properties shop at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Heger holds an MFA in Theatre and Film Design and a BFA in Theatre Technology and Design, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
