Felix Tollinche

Felix Tollinche has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Felix began their career as an Associate in Merrill Lynch's Mergers & Acquisitions group, where they gained a strong foundation in financial analysis and valuation. Felix then worked as an Investment Analyst at K Capital Partners, focusing on European equity investments. After that, they joined Contrarian Capital Management as a Vice President, specializing in distressed credit funds in Latin America, Africa, and Europe. Felix later joined RoundKeep Capital as a Senior Analyst, generating special situation investments. In 2013, Tollinche founded their own investment management firm called Garita Capital Management, which focuses on credit-based investing. Recently, they served as the President & CEO of Legacy Restaurant Group, a Wendy's franchisee. Tollinche is currently a Managing Partner at Legacy Restaurant Group Holdings, LLC.

Felix Tollinche completed a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Math from Harvard University between 1995 and 1999. Felix then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School from 2003 to 2005.
