Ash Smith

Ash Smith, CAWC has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Legacy Risk Solutions, LLC. Prior to that, Ash was a Partner at Blanchard and Calhoun Insurance Agency, where they focused on developing risk management plans for clients and overseeing all areas of their insurance program. They also worked with strategic partners to address any health insurance, accounting, or estate planning issues. Earlier in their career, Ash served as a Risk Advisor at Cooper, Love, and Jackson.

Ash Smith, CAWC has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Georgia, which was obtained in 1996. In 2015, Ash Smith also obtained a certification as a Certified Authority on Workers' Compensation.
