Chris Riley

Chris has more than 30 years of experience owning and operating over 20 businesses in almost a dozen industries. His personal experiences running organizations, buying and selling businesses and negotiating transactions has been instrumental in working with business owners and CEOs during mergers and acquisitions. Overseeing dozens of accountants, attorneys and other professionals while operations remain motivated to achieve superior results, has culminated in a Merger Precision™ system to help companies with the difficulties of bringing two organizations together.

With degrees in Finance, Philosophy and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, Chris was educated at Santa Clara University and the London School of Economics. Today, as a licensed investment banker, and with his proprietary organizational behavior system, the Natural Motivation Matrix™, Chris brings creative deal construction and smooth implementation to a volatile industry of mergers and acquisitions.
