Joe Marler

Joe Marler has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Joe is currently the Director of Production at Legacybox, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2021, they served as a Plant Manager at Novolex. From 2018 to 2020, Joe was an Operations Manager at InterConnect Wiring.

Before that, Joe worked at Sonoco as a Site Superintendent from 2013 to 2018, where they provided enhanced operational leadership and achieved site productivity objectives through coaching and continuous improvement. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Production Superintendent at Batesville, overseeing various manufacturing processes and pursuing continuous improvements.

Joe also held the role of Business Unit Manager at MillerCoors from 2010 to 2011, where they directed associates and led a team responsible for quality and continuous improvement in beverage production. Prior to that, they were a Production Manager at Rich Products Corporation from 2008 to 2010, implementing TPM and Lean methodology to lessen operational costs.

Earlier in their career, Joe was a Business Unit Manager at Sanford - NewellRubbermaid from 2004 to 2008, where they executed the start-up of strategic business units and spearheaded the implementation of SAP. Joe also worked as a Manager - Packaging and Warehouse at Playtex Products Inc from 2001 to 2004, leading packaging and warehousing operations and championing safety.

Throughout their career, Joe has consistently demonstrated their leadership, continuous improvement, and operational expertise.

Joe Marler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Additionally, in 2001, they obtained a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. Joe Marler also holds additional certifications, including TPM Practitioner from Productivity Inc., obtained in September 2007, and Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ, obtained in March 2005.
