Jordan Rich serves as the Director of People & Culture at LegacyWorks Group since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jordan co-founded and acted as Executive Director at Voices Jackson Hole from March 2020 to June 2024, focusing on empowering immigrant communities in the Teton region through various strategies including fundraising and program development. Previous experience includes managing volunteers as Advocate Manager at Community Safety Network and advocating for Latinx survivors as a Latinx Services Advocate, alongside a role as Senior Library Assistant at Teton County Library where Jordan developed creative programs for Spanish speaking patrons. A background in research was established as a Researcher at One22, partnering with local social services to explore youth needs. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Critical Theory and Social Justice from Occidental College.
