Jordan Rich

Jordan Rich is a seasoned professional in nonprofit leadership, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at LegacyWorks Group since July 2024. Previously, Jordan co-founded and led Voices Jackson Hole from March 2020 to June 2024, focusing on empowering immigrant communities in the Teton region through various initiatives, including fundraising, strategic development, and staff management. Experience also includes roles at Community Safety Network as Advocate Manager and Latinx Services Advocate, where management of volunteers and trauma-informed advocacy were key responsibilities. Jordan’s earlier roles at Teton County Library and One22 involved innovative programming and community research. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree from Occidental College in Critical Theory and Social Justice.
