Jason Krouse

Jason Krouse has a diverse work experience in the legal insurance and employee benefits industry. Jason currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at LegalEASE, where they lead the revenue growth strategy and sales management functions. Prior to this, they worked at Aon as the Senior Vice President, National Sales Director and later as the Senior Vice President, National Sales Leader, where they managed sales teams and consistently exceeded revenue goals. Jason also held the position of Vice President Consulting at Univers Workplace Solutions, where they focused on employee engagement, education, and enrollment. Jason was also the Senior Vice President, Managing Director at Univers, leading the sales team for the Northern Territory. Earlier in their career, Jason served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Cost Containment Group, optimizing revenue for worksite companies through third-party distribution. Jason co-founded Legal Club of America and served as the Executive Vice President, overseeing national distribution, marketing, and sales strategies. Throughout their career, Jason consistently achieved or exceeded revenue goals and demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Jason Krouse began their education in 1986 at the University of South Florida, where they studied Criminal Justice. From 1990 to 1991, they attended Florida Atlantic University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. Continuing their education, Krouse pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Healthcare at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law from 1993 to 1996.
