Elena Smith

Elena Smith is currently the Managing Attorney in the Civil Legal Services Unit at Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, Inc. Elena's previous experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Roach, Brown, McCarthy & Gruber, P.C., focusing on litigation defense in medical malpractice and general liability cases. Elena also served as a Legal Intern at Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, Inc., where Elena gained experience in civil legal services. Additionally, Elena has a background in skiptracing and has interned at the Center for Elder Law & Justice. Elena holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English with High Distinction from the University at Buffalo.
