Dara Goldsmith

Dara Goldsmith is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various legal fields, including estate planning, probate, guardianship, business planning, bankruptcy, and family law, currently serving as a shareholder at Goldsmith & Guymon since April 1996. Goldsmith has held multiple roles, including pro bono attorney at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and board member for organizations such as the Nevada Law Foundation, where leadership included a two-year term as Chairperson. Additionally, Goldsmith has a notable history of involvement with the State Bar of Nevada's Board of Governors and the Clark County Bar Association, where roles included President. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, a JD from Pepperdine Law, and a BA in Economics from California State University, Northridge. Furthermore, Goldsmith is an active member of the Las Vegas Masters Swim Team.
