Jason Fisher

Jason Fisher is a seasoned legal professional with over 10 years of experience as a Trial Lawyer, specializing in a diverse range of cases including child custody, divorce, major felonies, and child neglect. Currently serving as a Record Sealing Attorney at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and as a Contract Attorney specializing in E-Discovery, Jason also operates JFISH LEGAL as a solo practitioner in the Greater Chattanooga area. Jason is licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee and previously served as an Assistant Public Defender in Floyd County, Georgia, handling a significant caseload. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, a Master's degree in English from Valdosta State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
