Peter Aldous

Peter Aldous is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in representing individuals and businesses across a diverse array of cases. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada since April 2019, Peter has a strong background in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, as well as litigation in State Court. Prior to this role, Peter worked as an Attorney at Haines & Krieger from 2010 to April 2019, and briefly held the position of Of Counsel at the Law Office of C. Dean Homayouni in 2010. Peter's legal expertise includes preparing pleadings, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and advising clients on various business matters, including securities regulations and asset transfers. Peter holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
