Ainat Margalit

Ainat Margalit has extensive legal experience, currently serving as the Director of the Consumer Practice Group at Legal Aid Chicago since October 2012. Margalit has held various roles within the organization, including Supervisory Attorney and Staff Attorney in the Consumer Practice Group. Prior to this, experience includes a position as Staff Attorney for the Litigation Project at the Center for Science in the Public Interest from 2011 to 2012, and as an Associate at Keogh Law, Ltd. from 2008 to 2011. Margalit also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Appeals division of the Illinois Attorney General's Office from 2006 to 2008. Ainat Margalit holds a degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.
