Gwynne Kizer Mashon currently serves as the Associate Director of the Public Benefits Practice Group and Supervisory Attorney for Public Benefits Outreach and Enrollment at Legal Aid Chicago since June 2020. Prior to this role, Gwynne held various positions at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services from April 2011 to June 2020, including Director of Development and Advocacy, where responsibilities included leading the Strategic Advocacy Initiative, supervising attorneys, and expanding pro bono opportunities. Additional experience includes roles such as Adult Literacy Program Director at Anixter Center, Director of Development at Guild Literary Complex, and Development Associate at Rainbow House. Gwynne earned a JD cum laude with a Public Interest Certificate from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BA in Biology from Grinnell College.
