Emily Misiorowski is currently serving as an Immigrant Justice Program Policy Intern at the Legal Aid Justice Center, where tasks include drafting comments for proposed rulemaking and creating presentations for clinic students at George Mason's Immigration Litigation Clinic. Previously, Emily worked as a Pro Bono Program Immigration Legal Services Intern at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, focusing on asylum evidence training and litigating for client prosecutorial discretion. Prior experience includes roles as a Client Advocate at George Mason University's Immigration Litigation Clinic, an Immigration Law Clerk at Just Neighbors, and various positions in pension consulting at October Three Consulting. Emily holds a Doctor of Law degree from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
