Legal Aid of Arkansas
Jason Auer is the Fair Housing Director at Legal Aid of Arkansas, where Jason oversees Arkansas's only private fair housing enforcement program. Additionally, Jason serves as Faculty at The Cloudburst Group, co-teaching the Fair Housing litigation course and aiding in course development. Auer obtained their Doctor of Law degree from the University of Arkansas in 2011.

Legal Aid of Arkansas is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization that provides free legal services to low-income individuals residing in the state of Arkansas in civil (non-criminal) cases. Legal Aid of Arkansas assists thousands of clients every year in priority areas, such as family law, consumer issues, bankruptcy or evictions. We provide assistance in 31 counties throughout the state.
