Sarah Da Silva has a diverse work experience in the legal and social services field. Sarah started their career as a SAM Program Assistant at Good Shepherd Hamilton in 2016, where they provided support to programs helping vulnerable individuals. In 2018, they worked as a Residential Counsellor at St. Leonard's Society of Windsor, assisting individuals in a residential setting.

From 2015 to 2019, Sarah worked at the University of Windsor in various roles. Sarah served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, teaching courses on Penology and Victimology to undergraduate students. Sarah also worked as a Coding Research Analyst and an Exam Invigilator during their time at the university.
