Tracy Chen

Tracy Chen is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of experience, currently serving as the Manager of IT Infrastructure Planning & Operations Services at Legal Aid Ontario since June 2005. In this role, Tracy oversees two IT teams, focusing on infrastructure planning, maintenance, and support across various enterprise IT areas, including on-premise and cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure, and information security programs. Prior to this position, Tracy was a Senior Network Analyst at China Guangfa Bank from June 1996 to June 2002, and holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Networks from Ryerson University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Information Systems from Sun Yat-sen University.
