Dorothy Scheeline

Dorothy Scheeline currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Legal Aid DC, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dorothy was the People & Culture Director and Research Director at End Citizens United from March 2017 to January 2024. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Research Associate at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee from April 2015 to December 2016 and at American Bridge 21st Century from June 2013 to March 2015. Earlier roles include Administrative Assistant at the Barbara Lee Family Foundation, Democracy Fellow at FairVote, and Politicorps Fellow at The Bus Project. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Northeastern University.
