Mark Preston

Mark Preston is an experienced professional currently serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Legal Aid DC since June 2023, where responsibilities include developing research-based insights on intersectionality in the workplace. Mark has also worked as a Training Coordinator at NVMS Conflict Resolution Center since March 2020. Previous roles include Chief of Pathology at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital from August 2016 to March 2020, Company Commander at US Army Element-North from January 2015 to July 2016, Chief of Operations at US Army Element Troop Command North from May 2014 to December 2014, Laboratory Manager at Ft.
