Rachael North is the Founder and Managing Director of RN Legal Search & Coach, a collaborative coaching and consulting firm, established in June 2017. With over 20 years of experience in the in-house legal and business sectors, Rachael specializes in executive coaching, retained legal search, and advisory services, leveraging an extensive network to support business growth and individual career development. Recently appointed as People & Culture Lead at Legal Edge, Rachael oversees the company’s cultural alignment with strategic objectives, recruitment, and professional development initiatives. Prior roles include Managing Director at ATALANTA Legal Search and a pivotal role at BCL Legal, where Rachael contributed to the development of the first London-based in-house legal business. Rachael's educational background includes advanced coaching certifications and a BA (Hons) in English, History, and Politics, along with legal qualifications from De Montfort University.
