Legal Education Access Pipeline, Inc. (LEAP)
Lavinia S. Osilesi has a diverse and comprehensive background in law and education. Currently serving as a Pre-L Curriculum Developer and Co-Facilitator at the Legal Education Access Pipeline, Inc. (LEAP) since January 2020, Lavinia mentors aspiring law students and assists with law school applications. Previously, as an Associate Attorney at Reed Smith LLP from September 2019 to March 2024, Lavinia contributed significantly to the Managed Care team, managing various litigation and regulatory matters. Lavinia's experience also includes roles as a Summer Associate at Reed Smith LLP, a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and a Law Clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office. Lavinia holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from UC San Diego.
