Chris Stanek

Chris Stanek has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chris started their career at Goldman Sachs as a Convertible Bond Analyst, conducting research on the global convertible bond market. Chris then worked as a Legislative Assistant for the United States Senate, managing legislative strategies related to federal budget, tax, and Social Security policy.

Chris later joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, leading consultant/client project teams on the development and implementation of business strategies and operational improvements for Fortune 1000 companies. At McKinsey, they worked on projects such as enhancing the First Notice of Loss process for a mid-sized P&C carrier and developing an underwriting improvement strategy for a national P&C carrier.

Chris then joined Zurich Insurance Company, where they held various roles, including Vice President and Chief-of-Staff to the President of Specialty Products. In this role, they led strategic, financial, and operational planning for a business unit providing specialty P&C insurance solutions. Chris also served as Finance Director for Global Corporate in North America, leading financial planning, performance management, and the development of a turnaround plan for the business unit.

Their most recent role was at Legal & General America, where they served as the VP of Financial Planning & Strategy.
