Tanya Coleman

Tanya Coleman, MSW, PRC, ATD Master Trainer, currently serves as a Training and Quality Specialist at Legal & General America since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tanya held positions as a Technical Assistance Coordinator and Trainer, as well as a Quality Assurance and Training Consultant at Bright From The Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning from August 2017 to May 2022. Tanya's earlier experience includes serving as a Compliance Auditor/Monitor Supervisor at the Georgia Department of Human Services from August 2009 to July 2017, and as a Recruitment and Training Supervisor at Childkind, Inc. from June 2007 to July 2009. Tanya holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Southern University at New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services Management from Louisiana State University.
