Philip Broadley

Philip Broadley is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Legal & General. Philip has previously worked as the Group Finance Director at AstraZeneca, The London Library, and Old Mutual. Philip has also been a Member of the Code Committee at The Takeover Panel, and a Committee Member at Oxford University Audit & Scrutiny Committtee. Prior to their current position, they were a partner at Arthur Andersen.
