Emma Hardaker-Jones

Emma Hardaker-Jones serves as the Chief Transformation and People Officer and Group HR Director at Legal & General since September 2017. Previous positions include Global Head of HR at PA Consulting Group and Director of Group Talent and People Insight at BP, where a five-year Global Talent strategy was developed. Other notable roles include Head of Resourcing at Moloney Search and HR Director for EMEA at both Crystal Decisions and Skillvest, managing HR functions across multiple countries. Emma began her career at Prudential Assurance as Graduate Recruitment Manager and advanced to Graduate Manager at the Bank of England, overseeing recruitment and development for its entry program. Emma holds a B.A. in English and Politics from Queen's University Belfast.
